We had rain come through our roof which flooded our living room. F&W came out the same day and tore down the damaged wall and set up fans and a humidifier. Someone came by every day to check the wall and the moisture level. They did a great job!
On a Saturday morning, I had immediate communication with Fire & Water Restoration Plus. The attention given to me and my family, the focus on how to best protect our home and health of my family immediately was their primary concern. Once we knew things would be ok, the discussion eventually returned to going forward. My favorite thing about Fire & Water Restoration Plus is they gave me all the options I had, including using insurance, doing all work out of pocket, or even my path if I was crazy enough to work on this myself. It is a wonderful company that put all things on the table, not just what makes them money. Mr. Williams and Juan were both amazing and the follow up from the company puts them at a level unmatched.
After a small plumbing leak under my sink a good friend of mine recommended scott at fire and water restoration. He came out and not only fixed the damaged.But help me redo my kitchen and my den, making it even better than before. Some 11 months later, a small repair needed to be done.So I called them and they came right awsy and fixed it. The young man, Braden was very nice and courteous and fixed it right away.Scott had to come out several times each timeHe spent at least an hour with me explaining everything that needed to be done. And Judy not only packed everything in and out for me.But when she brought it back in she reorganized my kitchen which turned out great. And juan, The Project manager, was here almost every day making sure everything was done properly with all the sub contractors. Thank you firing water for going above and beyond and making my kitchen and dead even better than before.
We had water damage in our kitchen due to a busted valve. From a referral from a friend, we called Scott. From our first meeting with Scott, he felt like family.Scott and his guys gave us a beautiful new kitchen, flooring and baseboards downstairs and new placement for our TV. They were professional, efficient and had it done in about 6 weeks.It’s been 4 months now that we’ve been enjoying our new kitchen. We are so pleased with all of their hard work and love the new remodeled design Scott created.Scott is a good, honest person and keeps his word each step of they way. He’s resourceful, with many ideas and made great changes to the design which we love. His attention to detail is so appreciated and he has great organizational skills to go along with it all.We will be calling them in the future for any work we need done. Working with Scott, Donna and all of the guys was the best experience we could have hoped for! They are the best!
The team here is phenomenal. Scott and the team were very empathetic and professional. We had a complete home remodel on granny’s house. The flood required new flooring up and downstairs, replacement cabinets, and remodeling. He has been a great guy to work with and kept us in the loop as to continuing steps. With that being said, he will be working on our home in the future.

We were pretty nervous heading into our first major home renovation. We’d already learned that the job we wanted done was going to cost double what we had planned, which ratcheted up the urgency to find someone who would absolutely get it done right. As we shopped around for a contractor, we met some nice ones that might have worked out, and some with a great reputation for quality, but who were absolute nightmares — sitting in our home for hours, trying to get us to sign a work order when all we had asked for was an estimate.Scott was different. He came recommended by a friend, and we immediately recognized a huge difference compared to the other contractors we had met. He respected the detailed plans that we had made, allowed us to choose the materials we wanted, and was very flexible when we asked for 2 rounds of extra estimate revisions. He gave us good advice when we needed it, and took the time to explain why certain ideas were good or bad. He spent a lot of face-to-face time with us, making sure we were comfortable with all the decisions that had to be made. More than the other contractor options, he seemed invested in making our project turn out just the way we were picturing it.He was also very willing to help us manage our costs a bit. Though it probably extended the timeline by a few more days, he agreed to let me save a little money by doing all the demo myself, and then doing all the painting toward the end of the project. It would have been totally reasonable for him to tell us that it would be too much of a strain on the schedule because his team could do the work faster, but he let it ride, and it was really generous of him.Like many (or maybe most) contractors, Scott uses subcontractors. Everyone who came into our house was respectful and extra careful to contain the remodeling mess to the bathroom that was getting worked on. We are very pleased with the level of craftsmanship that each one of them brought to the table. When an issue or our request for something a little extra came up — and they always do — Scott was very fair about the change orders, and we never felt taken advantage of or priced unfairly.All in all, we are really pleased not only with the end result, but the process and positive attitude that Scott brought to our renovation. The bathroom turned out even better than we could have imagined, and there’s no question that if a big job comes up again, he’ll be the one we call.
Everyone at Fire and Water Restoration did a great job. They kept with their quote, and the work was done on time. Scott came by a few times to make sure everything was going well and was quick to respond to questions. It went smoother than I expected any type of construction/remodel work to go. I would definitely use them again in the future. Great company!
